Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, WorldScope provides UWL's customers the ability to build in specific criteria and tolerance levels, providing a more meaningful exception management tool. Managing by exception is brought to life through an intuitive "My Alerts" dashboard that makes it easy to see which shipments and/or containers have fallen out of the expected range.
Featuring an easy-to-understand dashboard, WorldScope is configurable at the user level, enabling multiple users within an organization to tailor preferences and save filters for accessing the specific information they may require on future visits. Each customer is assigned their own super admin user, keeping authority permissions in-house and the controls on who gets what data.
