Beginning September 30, 2025, all eligible payees must enroll in ACH refunds via their ACE Portal Account in compliance with Executive Order 14247, &lt;em&gt;Modernizing Payments To and From America’s Bank Account.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
