Activate your WorldScope account and create your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and may include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters such as !@#$%&*.

My Profile

Managing My User Profile and Notification Preferences

In your profile, you can add your phone number and your role in the company.

Once you have logged into WorldScope, please access your profile to let us know your preferences for communication and Notification of Alerts.

To access your profile, look in the top-right corner of the page for your initials and the company you are logged into. Click the drop-down menu next to this information, then select My Profile.

Roles: Please set your preferences to how you want us to communicate to you – updates, news etc.

• Logistics Management
• Buyer/Planner/Sales
• C-Suite/Executive
• Shipper/Consignee
• Operations/Warehouse
• Finance
• Agent/3rd Party
• Customs Broker
• Trucker/Drayman

Alerts

• Pinned Shipments – formerly Hot Shipments
• ETD/ETA Changed – This is controlled by your Admin Settings
• Containers Not Outgated (Last Free Day) – This is controlled by your Admin Settings. Pre-Alert based upon days before Storage Starts.
• Pending OBL - Pending Surrender of Original or receipt of Telex Release
• Onboard – Container on board this week
• Delayed Arrival – Container will be delayed based upon current ETA.
• Customs Pending – CHB Customers only.
• Shipment Rolls – specialized alert. Ask your Account Manager
• Containers in Per Diem – Drayage Customer only alert
• Containers in Demurrage
